Check-in times start at 2pm for guests so let me know an estimate of what time you guys will be arriving and I will plan accordingly.

Housekeeping is done every day at 11 am.

Each day of your stay the Sunset Palms Staff will be at the villa for housekeeping, pool and koi pond service and will be available to assist you if you have any questions or requests you may have.

⁘ Turn the large bottom knob clockwise to select the length of time you would like to heat for
⁘ Once a time has been selected, close the microwave door and press START
⁘ The microwave will begin heating. It will stop automatically and beep continuously
once the timer has run out

⁘ Press the second button from the left and the + – buttons to select the length of time you
would like to cook
⁘ Press the third button from the left and the + – buttons to select the time of day you
would like to finish cooking by.
This oven will automatically calculate when to start cooking.
⁘ If you would like to start cooking NOW, do not press the button mentioned above.
⁘ ⁘ Once you have set the times desired, turn the left knob clockwise to select which type
of food you are trying to cook.
There are small icons on the knob as reference.
⁘ Next, turn the right knob clockwise to select the temperature in Celsius (not Fahrenheit)
⁘ Place your food inside the oven and leave it be. The oven will begin cooking based on the
ties you have selected.
There will be a red light at the top left corner of the oven to indicate that it has begun heating.
⁘ If you’d like to set an alarm, press the left most button and the + – buttons to select when to ring.

⁘ Mineral water, Coffee and Tea are complimentary every day!
⁘ The management accepts no responsibility for any lost or missing valuables. A Safety deposit box is provided.
⁘ Lost Key Policy; You must return your villa keys to management at Check-out. Lost keys are charged IDR 500,000 /Key.
⁘ Just as other five-star properties, unreasonable noise is not acceptable between the hours of 10 PM and 8 AM.
⁘ lf there is a complaint from other Guests’ a staff member will visit your Villa and request that you immediately discontinue the unreasonable disturbance. If you do not comply with the requests, Management reserves the right to cancel your booking without a refund.
⁘ Sunset Palms is maintained at the highest standards including daily housekeeping and groundskeeping.
⁘ We ask for your co-operation in allowing the Gardener, Pool Attendant and Housekeeping team to enter the Villa between 8am and 2pm
⁘ Please consult with management if you require specific times.
⁘ Bed Linens and Towels are changed after 2 days. Should you require more frequently please inform management.
⁘ During your stay please help preserve our environment and be rational with water and electricity use.
⁘ Damage or Complaints should be immediately reported to Management so we can help deal with it.
⁘ Please note that you are responsible for Damages that occur on your behalf or those persons you are responsible for during your stay.
⁘ Booking Guest agrees to take full responsibility for their children, accompanying guests and visitors.
⁘ On the day of your Departure please vacate the Villa by 11.00 am.

⁘ Guests must take full responsibility for their children, accompanying guests and visitors.
⁘ SUNSET PALMS is not liable for any accidents or damages.
We discourage moving indoor furnishings outdoor; please let staff know if you have
any special requests during your stay,
⁘ We love our neighbors (both Travelers and Balinese)
so please be considerate and reduce noise after 10pm.
